Yahuah’s International Pecach 2025
Following last year’s 2024 Sukkot Fall Feast in Orlando Florida, recently the need to provide an alternative gathering for those unable to travel to Portugal has been requested. In the last 7 days & by Yah’s grace, it has become possible to facilitate ‘Yahuah’s International Pecach’ Florida Lakeside.
A close-knit relational gathering assembling from different parts of the USA with the ambience of being home & ministering in Worship, Prayer, Teaching, Fellowship and the Pecach Hagadah Meal, including LIVE Streaming joining with Dr Stephen Pidgeon of Cepher Publishing, EWHAL & our host ministry: Oasis Christian Fellowship.
If you would like to attend but cost is genuinely an issue, please email: jessica@ewhal.co.uk We may be able to offer a partial or full sponsorship with the accommodation on the provisor the cost per person for the meals is met.
EVENT COSTS
Accommodations: $300 / per person, Children under 5 free or half price up to 14yrs / per person. Meals: $180 /per person. Day Attendance $50, Meals per day $60 — Please email: Jessica Knock when ready to book & for further inquiry.
The “Yahuah’s 2025 International Pecach” group will be coming together from April 11–13, 2025 to join in worship, prayer, and fellowship, plus taking advantage of the sunning walks, lakes & scenery, as well as connecting virtually with the Portugal group.

Lake Hollingsworth House
Discover a piece of Lakeland history. This historic, colonial home, nestled near Lake Hollingsworth and Florida Southern College, offers a blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. Enjoy the warm glow of natural wood floors. This beautifully restored gem has been recognized for its exceptional renovations. Success House (Historic Estate)
Step into a century of stories—stained glass, hardwood floors, and sunsets. This historic gem promises memories that span generations. The house has two kitchens, as well as, 3 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 11 beds (2 king, 2 queen, 2 single, 1 sofa bed, 2 couches, & 2 air mattress). Friday, 4/11th (Pecach & Brit Chadashah):
- Pecach Meal: Roasted Lamb Chops (Carlos), Persian Rice (Shohreh), Sautéed Carrots w/ Butter & Fresh Herbs, Salad (spring mix, sheep cheese, sliced garden tomatoes, basil, & balsamic honey dressing)
- Seder: Wine/Organic Grape Juice, Unleavened Bread/Matza, Homemade Charoset, Salt Water, Bitter Herbs, Horseradish
Saturday, 4/12th (Pecach):
- Breakfast: (Unleavened) Banana Bread, Organic Cereal/Granola, Grass-fed Milk, Almond Milk, Organic Yogurt, Organic Fruits, Organic Coffee, Variety of Organic Teas, Organic Cream & Honey
- Shabbat Lunch: Matzah/Unleavened Bread & Tuna Salad, Egg Salad, Hummus, Salad (spring mix, fresh organic vegetables, olives), Spanish Truitaeh (free-range eggs, potatoes / spinach & bean), Pebortes (roasted red peppers, garlic, and aioli)
- Dinner: Salad, Lasagna Bolognese, Lasagna Vegetarian, Desert
Sunday, 4/13th (First day of Matstsah):
- Breakfast: (Unleavened) Banana Bread, Organic Cereal/Granola, Grass-fed Milk, Almond Milk, Organic Yogurt, Organic Fruits, Organic Coffee, Variety of Organic Teas, Organic Cream & Honey
- Lunch: Lentil Salad, Boiled Free-Range Eggs, Lavash Wraps (Filled with smoked salmon, fresh dill, capers, red onion, avocado, arugula, whipped cream cheese, & lemon zest)
- Dinner: Grilled Chicken Thighs, Asparagus Salad (with lemon, olives, and mint), Sweet Potatoes
Monday, 4/14th:
- Breakfast: (Unleavened) Banana Bread, Organic Cereal/Granola, Grass-fed Milk, Almond Milk, Organic Yogurt, Organic Fruits, Organic Coffee, Variety of Organic Teas, Organic Cream & Honey
***We will have various nutritious snacks provided by different people in our community.
HOLLIS GARDENS
Hollis Garden is a botanical display garden featuring patterned flower beds, public art, and ornamental fountains set on a 1.2-acre site located within historic Lake Mirror Park. Here you will find over 10,000 flowers, ornamental shrubs, and native trees. AND… it is just a hop, skip, and a jump from where we are staying and has no entrance fee!
