Just going through my loft and finding albums not seen in a while. Photos which are now a reminder of our young love. Most if not all our photos are hugging each other: now I know why at Bible school we won the prize for being inseparable.
In those photos we has such an excitement and hope of being together for a life time, serving in ministry together and having children. Today these photos are a reminder of that love which blossomed and stood strong in the highs and lows of life but ultimately made us so strong is our devotion to each other and our love for Yahuah and our now young adult children.
Last week was also very significant, as we celebrated the birth of my first grandchild, our eldest son Rio and his wife’s gifting our family with their daughter LilliYah. Shane this side of heaven, never get’s to meet her but I know he would have adored her. She has brought much happiness and healing into our lives. The photos show Shane holding Rio as a new born who looks no different to his daughter today. Rio took after his dad and it so comforting to see Shane continue in the life, DNA & heritage of this precious one.
I will turn their mourning into Joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. Jeremiah (Yirmeyahu) 31:13
